After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). Refund & Returns
Your satisfaction is our upmost priority and we will strive to provide you an excellent customer service! Kisaku refund & return policy has been designed to serve you with the best experience, in addition to the rights that you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that the product purchased online may not reflect what you have in mind. If you have a change of mind on a purchase, Kisaku will exchange your item or refund your original purchase price in form of store credits provided that:
Items on Sale will only be exchanged (not refunded) for change-of-mind except where the item is faulty (please refer to faulty item returns below).
You may choose to have your purchase refunded to your original payment method, but a non-refundable fee of $10 will be deducted from the original purchase price.
You can exchange for the same value of the purchase price of the item being returned. It can be for the same model or different model and/or size. If the product you wish to exchange for is not available, Kisaku will be in touch to discuss other alternatives.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the timeframe and we will advise you on the return process and return address. If you are not able to comply with the above requirements, Kisaku reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change-of-mind items.
Faulty Item Returns
Kisaku will offer exchange or credit on any faulty items purchased from Kisaku website provided that:
Kisaku will exchange with another item of your selection of the same value of the purchase price of the item. You may also choose to have it refunded in store credits for future use or if you wish, Kisaku will refund the full payment to the original card used for purchase.
The return process will be started if you meet the following requirements:
All postage and insurance costs for returning the products to Kisaku are at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty. For change-of-mind returns, we recommend that you return the product via registered or traceable post service. Kisaku will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit as the responsibility of the returned products remain with you until received by Kisaku. We will confirm receipt of return product(s) as soon as it arrives at our return address.
At Kisaku, we try our best to represent the product with accurate information. However, please note that colours shown through the product images may vary slightly from the actual product colours due to general photography limitation and varied screen resolutions. Kindly use the product images as your reference.
Product dimensions may also vary due to manual measurements. Any variations and inconsistencies in the patterns and motifs are within acceptable conditions due to the nature of products being hand-made, and they will be considered as neither faults nor defects.
